School 2 School Support provides hands-on practical advice and support to mainstream schools and settings within Norfolk. Support and advice is given by experienced professionals from across the 12 complex needs schools within Norfolk.
Covid-19 Update (18/11/2020) – After careful consideration and in order to keep everyone safe whilst following NCC’s guidelines, S2S has come to the difficult (and sad) decision that all face to face visits/meetings will be temporarily postponed.
We are happy to arrange a telephone/virtual consultation in place of any planned visits for any of whom this would be helpful.
From 1st April 2019, the service is being funded via Norfolk County Councils High Needs Funding allocation. There is a small fee of £100 per request for support which acts as an engagement fee. This will be charged to schools at some point during the financial year.
Norfolk County Council recommends using the Provision Expected at SEN Support (PEASS) document prior to making a referral. Please click here to learn more.

Please be aware the Request for Support form times out if left inactive for a while, therefore we recommend the importance of having all the information to hand before starting e.g. Young person’s UPN, support services used etc.
For Early Years Providers:
Early years providers can request support via Norfolk County Council’s EYFS team by completing the Request for Support form here
More information about the EYFS offering can be found here
S2S Support forms part of the Inclusion and Additional Needs category of support within Norfolk’s menu of support services.
