School 2 School Support provides hands-on practical advice and support to mainstream schools and settings within Norfolk. Support and advice is given by experienced professionals from across the 12 complex needs schools within Norfolk.
From 1st April 2019, the service is being funded via Norfolk County Councils High Needs Funding allocation. There is a small fee of £100 per request for support which acts as an engagement fee. This will be charged to schools at some point during the financial year.
Norfolk County Council recommends using the Provision Expected at SEN Support (PEASS) document prior to making a referral. Please click here to learn more.
